Accepted KitPvP Add /duel in KitPvP

Add /duel in KitPvP​

Detailed description:

Add a /duel command in kitpvp, so they can do friendly duels/ wager​

Ex: /Duel <username> <amount>​

Also in the duel, we can add mode like sumo, nodebuff, builduhc, and all kit 1v1​

Reason(s):

It will be so fun to do wagers and duels with other in KitPvP​

Neutral, I would rather have them introduce those kits into practice than add the practice duel mechanics into kitpvp. Adding it would mean that kit could replace practice for players to 1v1.

Practice is a thing for a reason, I don't see a point in kit pvp. Unfair or fair (different/same kits) wouldn't make sense either way
