Add Bot PvP For Practice​

Detailed description:

Add bots of different levels to fight against in practice.

The different bot levels would have different reach and cps.
Easy, normal, hard, extreme, hacker

Sumo and Boxing with AND without potions.​

Reason(s):

If you aren't very good at PvP, learning can be hard if you are railed all the time by better players.

Bots would give you a consistent opposition to practice techniques against without the variability of fighting different players at different skill levels.​

I disagree with the denial summary of "it would provide little value." since I have found a lot of value in using it on different servers.
Regardless, it has been denied before so lets close this.
