Well, players can get /fix command from crates and donor has access to /fix. Since it's called "kit-pvp" means you use 1 "kit" until it broken and use another "kit".

Thats not the point. Players also use anvils to create their own custom enchanted swords/bows. For example, to combine a knockback sword with their fire aspect sword or things like that.
