Add a Spear Cooldown During Combat​

Detailed description:

I suggest adding a cooldown during the combat mode for the spear.

it's so annoying that im fighting someone and he gets low health and about to lose so he just uses his spear to run away immediately for realizing that he's gonna lose.

Like whats the point of fighting someone who has a spear and keeps spamming it whenever he's about to lose a fight and being annoying.

So i suggest adding a 10 seconds cooldown for the spear mid the combat mode so player's can not escape immediately after being with a low health.​

Reason(s):

Like just imagine that im fighting someone and popped him so he just spam his spear to go far away and then fly away using elytra like what's the point of the fight? Absolutely wasted my time for nothing.

Or just spamming spear mid fight for absolutely no reason just to annoy you and spinning around you because of there's no cooldown for the spear mid combat.​

player1 deals enough damage to bring their opponent down to a very low amount of health.
Player2 tries to spam spear like always.
he gets a message like:
" You cannot use the spear yet. Wait 10 seconds before using it again "
so he can't being annoying and spam spear for absolutely no reason or just to escape the fights.​
