Add a /lastkoth command
Detailed description:
Add a new command called /lastkoth.
This command will show which player or team captured the last KOTH and how much time has passed since it was captured.
It can also display the location or map name of that KOTH if needed.
This command will work globally, so any player can check it anytime without asking in chat or waiting for staff to reply.
For example:
When a player types /lastkoth, it will show in chat:
>
Last KOTH was captured by Team_Redline 12 minutes ago!
It’s a simple, clean, and helpful feature that gives information quickly without affecting gameplay.

Reason(s):
Many players join late or miss the KOTH event and want to know who won, but they have to ask in chat repeatedly.
With /lastkoth, players can instantly know the winner, making it easier to stay updated.
This also reduces chat spam and saves time for both players and staff.

Example(s):
