Add a Hover Effect to Footer Links​

Detailed description:

The footer links on the website currently have no hover effect. When I move my cursor over a link, both the text and the bullet point stay the same color, making it hard to tell which link I'm hovering over. It would be much better if, on hover, the text and the bullet changed to a slightly darker shade (or another subtle highlight color). This would give clear visual feedback and make the footer feel more polished and user-friendly.​
