Account payment issue

I'm not sure where to put this thread so I just plopped it here. I've been a legend rank on factions for about 2 years now. I take about a 2 month break from pika, come back, and now I'm only gold rank. You can ask pretty much anyone known on the server and they'll tell you that I'm legend. I have payment confirmation as well.

On your pc, in the website it says support tickets, press submit new ticket

here is more information, sorry @Gideon/Leo , but i'll take it from here, XD

ok here is what you need to do,
Create a support ticket, which you can do by clicking HERE .
Next, select donator rank problem.
Then state your problem, and make sure to include the emailed receipt you received when you bought the account. Make sure it says the account transaction ID# as well as your IGN.

wait for staff to respond.

There, that is all you need to do.

Just create a support ticket and be sure you have proof of your payment and your transaction ID.

As long as you have your proof that you bought the rank, you can get it back. Just make a support ticket by clicking here!
