Detailed description:

One of the best features PikaNetwork has is account linking, it allows you to view players' in-game accounts using the /info command on discord, gives you custom roles like donator, top-donator, and Champion including their perks.

But, when new members try linking their account they are faced with a problem, the message gets deleted because they didn't use the pika stats bot command. Even I faced this issue early on, until someone gave me a link to a video explaining the process.

So, instead of players being stuck like me, and giving up on linking their account, I am suggestion they receive a DM from the pika stats discord bot, giving them instructions on how they should link their account, or even a message link that takes them to the Account linking information channel.​

It would help new players with account linking and guide them through the process.


Bring more attention to the Pika stats discord bot and overall increase its activity.​

If I remember correctly, doesn't the user get instructions upon joining the server on how to link their account?

There are a lot of places where players can get assistance regarding account linking, but the most annoying issue is the message gets deleted when pasting in the command and the token, instead you would have to select the command from the pika stats bot and then paste in the token. I have provided an example to help players understand better

Hi,I just wanted to add to this — I’ve actually seen a lot of players struggle with this exact issue, especially with the message getting deleted if they don’t use the Pika Stats bot properly. Honestly, I was confused by it too the first time I tried linking.

This suggestion makes total sense, and something like an auto-DM from the bot would really help new players link their accounts without getting stuck. Would be a small change but super helpful!
