Accidentally lost my ingame rank

IT also happened to me XD , however i didn't made a support ticket because i was a new player in op factions but really feels bad that you accidentally lost your cobra rank hope you get it back :)

Happened to me too before month. I have lost my donator rank. Luckily i got my rank back thanks to Dusan but yet they didnt open my support ticket made to that so all i can say to you is to be patient and quickest help you can get is by contacting admin or staff on discord. Hope you can get your rank back

I'm sorry but we do not refund ingame ranks, you will have to work up your way manually all over again.
