Denied KitPvP Access To /Fix All

Detailed description:
Hi,

In Kit pvp theres a command called "/Fix". This is a command that can fix either anything in ur hand(/Fix hand) or everything in ur inventory(/Fix all) the /fix hand command can only be done by Legend rank and above while the /fix all command can be done by ultimate rank and above. i suggest that the /fix all command to be given to all ranks but with a cool down.​

Reason(s):

This would be really good because armor breaks really fast and it would be really helpful to the community​

Example(s):

Vip-/fix all(6 hour Cooldown)​

God-/Fix all(3hr cooldown)
Legend-/fix all(2hr cooldown)
Ultimate(Normal cooldown)
Ultimate+(Normal cooldown)
