no you can't you need at least to be on forums for 2 weeks
and you need to have 50+ posts
and also it seems like you are not active on teamspeak or discord

my advise to you don't apply now

wait at least 1 month with you being active on forums/teamspeak/discord
and then apply
that's only if you are 16 years old or older
