Simply make a practice pvp 2 server , copy all modes from original practice pvp , and that's it​

I have decided to Downvote your suggestion due to the following reasons

• There is not a large player base for 1.9 and above pvp system
• It needs a separate anti cheat settings
• There will be a lot of other factors that are against 1.9 pvp
