We’re so excited to announce that the new season of Survival is just around the corner!
With a new version of Minecraft being out for a while, we have updated Survival to the latest version, being 1.21.

On top of that we have added a bunch of quality of life changes, new features and much more for you to explore in this new season.

Changelog​

The most important features/modifications implemented towards this season's map and functions are the following.​

New! Survival in 1.21​

We’re happy to announce that Survival has been updated to the latest version, Minecraft 1.21! ​

This means you can now enjoy all the incredible new features, including the latest mobs, biomes, blocks, and mechanics that come with the update. ​

​

If you’ve been waiting to explore the newest version of the game, now’s the perfect time to jump in! The recommended version to play Survival is officially 1.21, so make sure to update your game client to fully experience everything this update has to offer.​

​

Behind the Scenes​

This was no small task! Updating to Minecraft 1.21 required significant effort, as it introduced many major changes to the game. ​

We dedicated countless hours to ensuring our internal plugins were updated and fully compatible with the new version. It’s always our priority to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable experience, so we’ve worked hard to test everything thoroughly.​

That said, with such a massive update, there’s always a chance that some small bugs or glitches might appear. ​

If you encounter any issues while playing, please don’t hesitate to let us know. ​

Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll work as quickly as possible to address any problems and improve your gameplay experience at our Survival server.​

New! Spawn​

A new Survival season means a brand-new spawn to kick off the new season, and this season brings a fresh theme once again.​

With the new blocks being offered in the latest version, we have given the spawn a complete makeover, in a mystical town theme.​

​

Are you looking for some help? There are plenty of NPCs explaining all the features.​

A new seasonal crate has been added.​

New! Milestones​

​

We are happy to share a new feature in Survival: Milestones! ​

This season, you can complete simple tasks to earn extra rewards as you play.​

​

Milestones give you clear goals to achieve and fun rewards for your progress. ​

There are five milestone categories to work through. As you reach higher levels, the rewards get better and better. These tasks are great for all players, no matter how much or how little you play.​

​

You can climb through the following milestones:​

Mining Milestones​	Farming Milestones​	Lumberjack Milestones​	Fishing Milestones​	Mobs Milestones​
Mine certain blocks to level-up these milestones.​	Farm certain crops to level-up these milestones.​	Break certain logs to level-up this milestone.​	Catch certain fish to level-up this milestone.​	Kill certain mobs to level-up this milestone.​

New! Difficulty​

​

We’ve made an exciting change to Survival: the world difficulty has been increased to Hard! ​

In previous seasons, the difficulty was set to Normal, but now it’s time to take on a greater challenge.​

​

With this change, more mobs will spawn in the world, giving you plenty of chances to grind and gather valuable resources.​

This adjustment also makes it easier to progress through levels that require mob kills, helping you reach your goals faste.​

​

New! Nick Colors​

We’ve added a range of new nickname colors for you to choose from!​

​

You can now customize your nickname even more by picking your favorite color from the /goldshop, or obtain them for free in the new cosmetic crates, some are exclusive and purchasable.​

The top rank has access to all default nick colors, so the colors that only have 1 color are unlocked for you, this does not include the new special gradient colors.​

New! Chat Colors​

Looking to brighten up your messages?​

We’ve added a bunch of new chat colors!​

​

Head over to the /goldshop and grab a color that suits your style, or collect them by playing from the Cosmetics Crate.​

Just like the Nick Colors, the top rank has access to all default chat colors, so the colors that only have 1 color are unlocked for you, this does not include the new special gradient colors.​

Updated! Nether World​

The Nether is now officially a resource world! Similar to the main resource world, the Nether will now reset every week at the same time.​

This change gives everyone a fair chance to explore, gather resources, and obtain rare items from the Nether regularly.​

Updated! End World​

We’ve made an exciting change to the End world by increasing the required level to 75. ​

This adjustment is designed to encourage players to grind and progress through more levels before entering the End.​

​

By raising the level requirement, we’re adding more challenge and value to your journey, giving you even greater satisfaction when you finally unlock access to this world.​

Updated! Mystery Wizard​

​

We’ve completely reworked the Wizard Shop to bring you a fresh selection of exciting items to buy with your Gold Coins. ​

This update adds valuable and unique items, giving you even more reasons to save up and spend your Gold Coins wisely.​

​

Check out the new shop, explore the updated items, and enjoy making your rubies count in the improved Wizard Shop. ​

Updated! Playtime Rewards​

Since Survival is a game mode where players stick around for the long run, we’ve increased the number of playtime rewards you can earn!​

​

Earn More Rewards as You Play!​

The longer you play, the more rewards you’ll unlock. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of the JartexNetwork Survival community.​

To check out these new rewards, type /playtimerewards in-game and see what’s waiting for you!​

Fixed! Bugs​

​

We’ve put in a lot of work to polish and fix as many bugs as possible on the Survival server.​

We carefully reviewed all reported issues and successfully fixed them.​

​

If you find any bugs with the new release, please report them in the bug reports section on our forums.​

​

Did you know about bug report rewards?​

You can earn Gold by reporting bugs! We appreciate everyone who takes the time to report issues, so we’re giving back to you. ​

Each season, when all reported bugs are fixed, you’ll receive Gold in your virtual wallet, which you can redeem on our Discord with /wallet.​

Misc. Updates & Changes​

​

Multiple small changes have been made, some of these small changes are the following:​

• Updated the Anti-cheat.
• Updated the overall server styling.
• Update the chat hover.
• Added all 1.21 items to black-market and traveling merchant
• Added all 1.21 items to the playershops.
• Updated the pets to be small heads floating around you, rather than armorstands walking with you.
• Setup informational scoreboards for certain regions in spawn.
• ...and much more.

• Your claims
• Player level & premium reward pass
• All items in your inventory and ender chest
• Any currencies such as money and exp
• Chatcolor permissions.
• Seasonal ranks and perks
