Zombie Heads In BM
This bug with the mob heads in the blackmarket was supposed to be fixed, but I guess it isn't. I will report this to the developers to hopefully get it fixed again. -
Keys disappears in crate box
Hey, You will not be able to get any keys refunded. It is also weird how the screenshot of no keys inside the crate was taken on a different day. If you keep having problems, you should only vote while you are online. -

Gravestones have an expiry time, so you might not have got to it in time. -
Pet boost
The pet boosts randomly on any earned tokens, so it can't be controlled or improved much. You will always find low token amounts while mining, which can't be prevented. The only thing you can do is to get a legendary pet and try to level it up as much as you can so it boosts more often. -

Your pet is already hatched because you could spawn and feed it. If the pet looks like the image below, it is bugged and cannot be used. -

It should boost often. Does your pet have a rarity like legendary or does it say mystery? Also, do the chances say 0.00%? If the answer is yes, then your pet is bugged and will never work. -

Make sure the pet is selected. Go into /pets and Right-Click the Snowman pet to select it. The pet will earn exp every time your pet boosts your earnings. You will see a boost message in the chat. -

My pet isnt upgrade
Your pet should work if it has food and is selected(Right-Click in /pets). The snowman pet doesn't boost often, so it may not have earned any pet exp yet. Keep mining and look for a boost message in chat.
