    It's not about do I trust you or not, evidence is what you need based from which high staff member can provide items back. By making bug appeal staff members will be aware of situation and conduct an investigation to confirm and fix mentioned bug.

    To access logs history files press windows Key + R at the same time. "Run" dialogue box will open in bottom left of your screen, than paste"%appdata%/.minecraft/logs".
