You can type /p c to toggle party chat and global chat. Or you can type ! before your message to talk to everyone in your game unless you're playing solo. If you're playing solo, when you talk in global chat it already lets everyone else see it.- xSk3ptica1

What is your alt's Minecraft In-Game name and I can look up the punishment reason? I'm pretty sure there is a reason you're muted. Staff wouldn't mute for no reason.- xSk3ptica1
