I am currently banned and I cannot get out and if I join back ill get banned again for even more than an hour and I have no friends

Banned because a dumb glitch.

Hello! I was playing OP Faction with my friend when he placed a bucket or obsidian wall and I jumped on the first block, I got banned for 10 minutes I tought it was a glitch but when I rejoined it banned me again for a whole hour. How can I get out of there now? Thank you!
