You and your brother were on the same IP, due to which it looked like your brother was playing on his ALT account to evade his mute. I think that the keys are virtual and you will not receive them in a physical form. Go checkout the vote crate in /warp crates, it should display your keys over there.- arham19

Issues
The developers have to reset the whole season/gamemode so they usually close the gamemode some hours before the full reset. Be patient and enjoy the incoming reset!- arham19

The server might have been rolled back, and unfortunately, you won't get those items back. However, if there was a bug that caused your items to disappear, you might get them back if you have enough evidence.- arham19

Incorrect ban
Be patient, your appeal will be checked soon. As for the items, if you get unbanned, you will still have them in your inventory. However, if you got banned during combat, you will not get the items back (everything in your inventory). If the ban was really a mistake, you should get unbanned soon.- arham19
