Well the server is pay to win and as much as that sucks, it will probably never change. What you could do is use your available gear, such as normal gapples and vote armor and kill donators with skill you hopefully have. -

There isn't a helper named Tobias, and even if there was, helpers don't have the power to reboot. If reboots are happening, it means that the owners or devs want it, and they definitely want it for a reason. -
