Mods are allowed that dont provide an advantage. If the mod only changes your fps client side then it should be allowed. If you are ever unsure about a mod check the aloowed and disallowed modifications here. You should be fine using it as I dont see how it could provide an unfair advantage .- Just_Illuminate
