Elytra in PvP Zone

Using elytra while Tagge in Pvp Zone should be On Because If there is a hacker in spawn and we Start PvP without knowing then there is no way of being safe. We will surely die because We cant use Elytra. Kindly Enable Using Elytra in Spawn PvP zone
