I think you have mistaken 2 servers, Factions are getting update and not OP Factions 2. Either you thought wrong(becouse you posted under OP Facs 2 section) or you just made mistake and accidentaly posted here with intention of posting under Factions section. I was staff for 5 months so trust me I know better than you about stuff like that. Ban appeals get answered daily by staff(example: MasterDandy banned you so he will answer your appeal), no appeals are discussed during meeting, only server related stuff like bugs, suggestions, promotions and...- iq420

Who told you that lie? Ban appeal can only be answered by staff member who banned you, if the staff memeber that has banned you resigned/demoted then appeal gets instant deny as no one can accept it if they don't know why is someone banned(if they didn't see it with their own eyes). Laby mod allowed?
If you get banned for using laby mod you probably won't get unbanned unless you buy unban. There is simple rule about it, it says no exceptions are made. -

Those things aren't only in OP Factions, there is hackers on every gamemode pika has. 1. Yes, there is lot of hackers but pay attention to what staff said. They are in need of staff for some servers so you can't ask for more staff if they don't have staff. Staff aren't machines, they volunteer...- iq420
