    The 2nd, 4th and 6th link is set to 12.AM timing. Its not 24 hours, so they vote on these three links before 12.AM then they are able to vote at 12.AM on the same day again. But this only works once.

    Time does not matter, quality does too :) My ban appeals never got accepted so far. Not even a single one of them. Infact, I kept waiting until some staff responds, eventually my ban time got over till the staff responded.
