Hello Yasir5463, Because of the bug with custom potions kicking you they have disabled players from joining with versions 1.21 and above. Try joining 40 times with a version lower than 1.21 as you join the game for 1 second that will get the potion to run out and you will be able to play again...- brane6666

Sever joining problem
Hello Teolz, the situation is caused by a custom potion which is a feature on the OpLifesteal gamemode. The Developers, had disabled players joining with a version that is 1.21+, Try switching to a lower version of Minecraft.
