Developers are aware of the connection issues and are working to fix them. All that you can do on your end is to remain patient and keep checking back to see if the problem is resolved. -

You should try to cycle through the Proxy IPs first: pika.host proxy001.pikasys.net proxy002.pikasys.net proxy003.pikasys.net proxy004.pikasys.net There is a VERY slim chance of those fixing it for you, but I have seen a couple players have reported those as fix. If those don’t fix your...- Zapril

Obtaining the ranks is just through getting the ranks from free iron obtained through voting, or purchasing gold on the store. I don't necessarily think a new guide is needed for that. -
