Can't craft beacon?
A beacon can not be crafted, no. Wither stars have absolutely 0 use. Beacons are obtainable at like phase 22-25 somewhere, as blocks to be broken. -

I think there is a slight misunderstanding... Let me clear: Client side cosmetics can only be seen by players who are using the client too. Capes that everyone can see are from official minecraft. Elytra Mace make players quit GenPvP.
I suggested to enable the gamerule keepInventory in the Cube World but they didnt like it. Keeping inventory upon death is just the way to revive the gamemode -
