You have to mine the ore to upgrade your collection level. Collection level is needed for higher enchantments or crystal effects (/crystal). You can check what ore you have to mine for a specific enchantment e.g. -

why i get mute?
The reason is very likely Spamming/flooding, as you wrote almost the same message within seconds. I think you just misstyped twice but you have to be careful not to flood the chat. However if you think the punishment is false, appeal here. -

use x4 boosters from vote keys i managed to get early lvl 75 to lvl 76 in 3 days with x4 boosters -
