Ping issue
I mostly get a moderate ping with my fast internet but it slows down when other people uses the internet. So my answer is a no- iactivateMC

Take note that the nether doesn't have keepinventory. You can only have keepinventory when you do /gamerule set keepinventory true while you are in nether but you are not op.- iactivateMC

They clear everytime when the Entity Clear happens. So you can't use them very much- iactivateMC
