You can, but for that you need to purchase it with 3k iron instead of 2.5k. Edit - By that I mean you will have to purchase it from Ranks, not the Rank Upgrades.- TsT_AnkushGaming

I was not given elite rank
You must have permanent VIP before you purchase VIP --> Elite upgrade. So, if you purchased VIP --> Elite upgrade while having temporary VIP, it will not work.- TsT_AnkushGaming
