    We have 2 different commands /F claim (which claims a chunks as a part of our fac) /F setbase (which makes a 15*15 chunk area as a area in which our fac value spawners can be placed

    Base claim and main base are a different things Base claim can be done anywhere what is not claimed and main base (/f setbase) is the 15x15 chunks that count towards /f top and the spawner in it work.

    You must have a infinty chest or mob drops hopper somewhere in the same chunk. Or use a different sword or axe. Both steps above will solve your problems
