This has already been answered multiple times. When you see a hacker always use /report (Do not hackusate him) even if you see no staff online, they still might be there. If nothing happens then download a recording software like bandicam and record him and then report him on the forums... -

Alright, now like all the previous people have said there are many ways to deal with hackers. For starters, when you see someone who you believe is 'cheating' then instead of yelling in the chat 'Hax' or 'Hacker' you should do /report <playername>. It doesn't matter if a staff member is online... -
