Make a ban appeal man. I cant find the video back now because I dont have an exact date of you getting banned. Also a ping of 200 isnt really good but also not extremly bad. Im pretty sure you wheir using anti-kb -

Like Hoopless said: we have 2 bungeecords. For example at SurvivalGames are 34 people and when you join and you press TAB you will see over 80 people. -

That really depends. For example im not active like in the past because I have a few months of exams now. Thats why I am a bit in active. If I dont have exams I can spend way more time on the server. -
