Mobs do stack correctly. Only mobs from spawners stack, so you don't have to worry about the animals not being able to breed. -

How does the auction house work
Players without a rank can only sell 1 item at a time. Hold the item in your hand and type - /ah sell (price) You can also do /ah help for more commands and explanation. If the item doesn't get sold in 2 days or you cancel the auction, it will go to /ah expired. -

Yes you can, the rates are very low though. Make a 1.13.2 design since that's the server's version. You can't, the end is disabled atm
