i really wish the communication was better, all i see having changed is you can reappeal in certain cases after 3 months for a mute and 6 months for a ban, which really doesn't cover my suggestion at all and there are no notes about what has fully changed ;(- Unawarely

I think one very important thing is fixing the online staff. Either have less staff invisible in /staff, or make it easier for players to contact staff in-game. As well as more online staff, they need to recruit staff in varying timezones, such as EST or PDT. Finally, there are 3,000+ players on...
