    You can change your premium username here https://account.mojang.com/ I recommend checking if the new username of your choice is also already taken first by checking with a cracked launcher as there is a 30 day cooldown when you change your premium name.

The /register /login system allows for these accounts to be secure as anyone can choose any name with a cracked launcher...

    The only point you're making is about false punishments. This doesn't happen often at all but if it does, punishments are always resolved if the player makes a ban appeal so I don't exactly see reason to your statement.
