There's no ETA for that, meaning noone knows exactly when it'll be opened again. Developers are actively working on fixing the issue, so please be patient and give them some time.- Saturaxion

Question about ban
If a staff member was online at that moment, and what the guy said was determined as enough for punishment, they will be punished as well. However, if a staff member wasn't online, and you or noone else reported them, they won't be punished.- Saturaxion
