    Sorry but you can't get the items or the rank back because the bug caused them item lose due to aa bug can't be refunded as far I know. All I can do is give you an Enchanter Gkit container from my side to make you a little bit happy.

    Unfortunately, I don’t think we can help with that. If you fall in spawn or die you lose all your items including pets. I’ve lost my sword that I won from the SSN crate. So, we can't get a refund for that. I have 3 acrane sets for you let me know your in-game name ill gift it.
