    Don't worry. It happens to many of us. If we get stuck in any block we either get kicked/banned. As he said, you are lucky to get a 10minute ban only. We usually get an hour or 1-day ban.

    In your own "cell"? You can fly in your faction claims with /f fly and then anywhere except warzone and spawn with /fly.

    You can cap a koth with your faction. Once you start capping, to knock you others will have to knock ALL of your fac players outta the square to throw you. Then they will start capping. So if you have big numbers it will be easy to cap.
