Issues with Bridging
It might be the server's anti-cheat not allowing you to place blocks very fast. Although I am not sure because it has never happened to me. I can Breezily but not that much, like 3-4 blocks. -

custom map picking
It was Denied. The reason is that Pika Network has a handful of maps unlike Hypixel. If they add map selection feature people will play only the good maps and all the other maps will stay dead. To avoid the the developers did not add map selection. -
What does the coins do?
You can use coins to buy cosmetics, but the least you need isn't 30k coins, it's 35k coins -
