no you can't you need at least to be on forums for 2 weeks and you need to have 50+ posts and also it seems like you are not active on teamspeak or discord my advise to you don't apply now wait at least 1 month with you being active on forums/teamspeak/discord and then apply that's only if...- DODE2K

you know there is a better way to use world edit make ur own server when you make a buckit minecraft servers there things could plugins you can install them and this give you features like being able to temp ban and a economy plugin to make you able to do /bal and there is also a world edit... -

not always sometimes it doesn't generate also for the folder to show up you have to launch forge 1 time and then close it but if u don't want to do it then just make the folder your self -

i can't really understand what is your problem but you should bring more details but anyway i will say somethings that might help you 1.don't ever record with mods/forge on mc if u have a bad computer 2.check your video setting make sure they are on the lowest 3.don't play full screen play... -
