we have an anti-cheat system called PAC [Pika Anti-Cheat]. thing is, if you are fast at pvp, you may get false banned and creates a hard time for staff to find out if it was a false ban, or if was hacks.- skyarmyfan11

Muting people for no absolute reason
Staff have a thing called ChatSnipe which allows them to see all /msgs and fac chats. If they see something against the rules, well, you know. I agree though that it shouldn't be a ban, because it's supposed to be a private chat.- skyarmyfan11
