Yes you can, the rates are very low though. Make a 1.13.2 design since that's the server's version. You can't, the end is disabled atm -

Denied Global Owners should work more on bug fixing
I was thinking the same for a while now but one of the owners hit me up yesterday regarding griefed areas in survival. I told him about most of the bugs after and he fixed what he could asap. It does seem like they put more effort into jartex but they care about pika too and they do listen to...- Losii
