    +1 Seems like a very fun rotational item but 2 ems looks a bit overpriced to me, I'd say that 1 em could do the job just fine but it really depends on what those rewards are

    For the level part it's useless if that person talks you will see his level, rank it's already displayed, a bio is not needed, friend/party request shortcut is also kinda useless most ppl would rather just type the command, so in summary I do not think that it's a necessary thing to add
