Not necessarily, Skull Splitter does increased aoe damage and multiplies on the number of people around you. Given that, it would mean that you won't qd through a gapple to while being comboed by someone with skull splitter. You will however die if you 3v1 someone in a corner and he/she skull...- Ayxxo

Definitely a +1 no idea why it was disallowed in the first place. Knowing when to "agro" in op factions isnt a very good reason to disallow it as its a skill you learn as you play more anyways it just makes it easier for everyone in general.- Ayxxo
