Bro you cant do anything if you don't have evidence against that player and the player didn't break any rules also PikaNetwork doesn't return/refund in game items so there's nothing that can be done.- arham19

You must have evidence if you want to report him without evidence your report will be denied instantly. Also I don't think tp-killing is breaking rules but you can report if you think he was cheating- arham19
