I think if you have like a high ping and click a lot of cps, you'd get a higher chance of getting kicked. I'd pretty much say that my ping isn't that bad so that's maybe the reason why I don't get kicked nor banned. -

Honestly, there's like 2 types of people who has a rank. Those kind ones that just wouldn't reply if someone said something bad to them but is extremely good at the game, and those ones that are just straight up toxic and has an annoying strategy. Good job btw! <3 -
Mystery Box at end of the game
When it just says that you found a "mystery box" that means it's the normal one. You can just check on the lobby too. Most of the time you'd get the other mystery boxes when you do a quest. -
I Want Justice
Not everyone has Titan. If they do have, they either won it from an event/giveaway or bought it. It's not OUR fault that they like spending money for ranks. The vote resetting is completely normal. -
