sorry my dude it has nothing relatable to hypixel's watchdog, what i think he meant that is many people would make clients to hack on hypixel, but they possibly won't make a client to target cracked servers- JerryMine

Why doesn't you accept your fate that your parents does not allow you to buy minecraft? They need earnings to keep the server running. If everything is free, or you remove the ingame purchase, how would someone make a server when it doesn't benefit you? -
