Global /report username rule broken evidence

I like most people in the staff team, although the ones I put in the lower tiers I barely see online or know a lot about (except for DarkVenom, he knows why I put him there :D) -

This rule is mainly there to avoid people just turning off their mods or whatevet they used, which will then be basically impossible to check (as an example an xray pack). No, just no. People who have inactive mods deserve to get a small ban. Of course you can still go and download autoclickers, but that's out of our control and entirely your choice. Yes, that'd be possible. On the other hand, inactive accounts don't bring any harm, so I don't see any reason for banning them too. Anyways, I'll leave the rest up to whoever handles this suggestion since I think something similar could still be useful- Surbate
