    I agree with @master_tamer_ . Even with the trades locked, you can still easily breed villagers and get the best trades. The value of enchanted books is already very low due to villagers, which also affects kit prices.

    They do not boost or increase rates directly. It is just that Wither Skeletons are the only mob that can spawn on them. Why would you need to spawn only wither skeletons? They don't drop anything useful. The way you wrote this sounds like it increases spawn rates for all mobs.

    Wither roses should be a custom drop from wither skeletons or buyable from the merchant/wizard. They don’t boost mob spawning.
