Some Suggestions To Make Survival Better
You could just claim an area bigger than you initially intended to build with. Honestly, making a distance requirement from another claim wouldn't make much of a difference, just my opinion though. I like the other suggestions as well. -
Warps on Survival
You missed /warp trademart. It takes you directly to the 01Ville villager trade zone. -
01Ville Villager Shop
Just a question for Thav. Do you mind adding Ender Chests available for use within the market area? I've not seen any near, maybe I'm just blind. But yeah, it would make unloading a large amount of resources a lot quicker if we have quick access to an Ender Chest like at /warp shop -

The only reason I've not donated for Alchemist is because I'm a person that likes a challenge. The colored names are cool, but /fly and /enderchest among other commands available is a big turn off for me. True that you can choose not to use the commands available to you, but the temptation... -

What's the exact error when connecting to the server? There should be an exception being thrown. Screenshot it and post it here. Might I ask if you're using a VPN and if not did your ISP assign you a dynamic IP? -

No sure about 1.5 stacks of emerald blocks now(that comes to 96 blocks). Majority of people won't pay more than 60, and the average around now is 50. -
